These are delivered right to your door or commercial site.

We serve the following cities on the Peninsula for residential heating oil:

• Hampton
• Newport News
• Yorktown
• Poquoson
• Williamsburg and surrounding James City County Area

Sorry, we don't serve Southside Hampton Roads at this time. But, if there are enough requests made from other cities, we will consider delivery to your area. Make your request on our contact me form.

Business Hours

To receive our fuel oil services we operate on the following schedule:

2024 - 2025 Fall/Winter/Spring business hours- Starting October 1, 2024  thru May 31, 2025

• Monday – Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
  
• Saturday and Sunday closed.
  

2025 Summer business hours-  June 1, 2025 to September 30, 2025

• Commercial Accounts: Monday – Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Closed weekends.
  
• Residential Customers: Tuesday and Thursday 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.  Closed weekends.
  

Simple Ordering Process

Our heating oil delivery customers enjoy NO hassle ordering! Whether you are a new or existing customer, the order process is easy. Simply call:

• give your name and address
  
• the type of fuel needed
  
• the number of gallons you want
  
• when you want it delivered

NO application process or accounts to set up! NO credit checks! NO contracts to sign! We do all deliveries COD. This keeps the ordering and delivery process fast and simple – which helps to keep our oil prices as low as possible.

We also have a form online to make the ordering process convenient for you!

We offer mobile credit card processing! Now you can have the security of paying with a credit card or debit card, by having it swiped in front of you. But, if you can't be present, you can call in your card information.

We do not add additional fees for paying with a credit or debit card.

Oil Delivery Options

Part of our business motto is to offer our customers “fast service.” We do this by offering same day service if you call in an order before 12:00 p.m. on regular business days.

Our customers have more control – not only over when they get delivery, but how.

As a residential or commercial fuel oil customer, you have these delivery options available:

1. Will Call Customer – you call us when you need us.
2. Automatic Fill Customer – we monitor your tank and keep you filled up during the season so you don’t run out.
3. Julian Day Automatic Delivery – you pick a calendar day for delivery, for example you could request every 2 weeks, once a month, or every two months, etc… You tell us which method is best. Just make your choice! Learn more about these heating oil delivery options.

We go the extra mile for you….Free tank inspections for our current and new customers…

For first time customers...

We will check the condition of your tank for water and sludge. If you order 150 gallons or more, as a free gift for becoming a new customer, we treat your oil tank with a fuel additive called “Hot 4 in 1 Heating Oil Treatment” for water and sludge, if we find that your tank contain these conditions. This helps your furnace perform better when your oil tank is clear of water and sludge.

For our current customers...

We automatically check your tank for water and sludge at the beginning of each season. We suggest as a maintenance measure to use "Hot 4 in 1 Heating Oil Treatment" at least the first fill up for each heating season. It is particularly important to have this inspection done when you have an underground tank."
